TOP MODEL OF COLOUR COMPETITION WEEKEND AND MORE!

Today I went to the fantastic TMC Competition organised by Mahogany Model Management. It was in fact the last of the regional heats and one of my favourite contestants was Paula by far!! I mean this girl simply has the whole package!! I have worked with Paula on a number of Catwalk shows (as you may recognise from my previous blogs) and this girl is a pleasure and ever so sweet to
work with.

The Top Model of Colour (TMC) Competition provides models with exposure to the modelling industry as well as giving them the chance to find out from professionals, their true potential to becoming a professional model.

Founder of Mahogany Models Management, Sola Oyebade explained: "TMC was established in order to give models of colour an opportunity, that they might not get otherwise. This opportunity allows them to learn about the modelling industry and to give them national exposure, to serve as a launch pad for contestants to go on to become top models.

Whilst at the competition I bumped into fashion entrepreneur, Samata Angel, who was one of the judges.

After the event I headed to my friends birthday and partied the night away until 4am can you believe?? I really did not know I still had it in me but one things for sure is that I struggled to get up in that morning and snoozed until 3pm!! People may think I don’t look my age which is great but one thing’s for sure is it catches up on you in other ways. In my Uni days I could go out two nights in a row and still make it for my morning Uni Lecture at 9am.
