BEYONCE SPARKLES IN RALPH & RUSSO COSTUMES ADORNED WITH SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS ON HER FIRST TV SPECIAL

A few years ago I got to work with the Amazing Ralph and Russo Duo at the La Dolce Vita event in Olympia which I was manging and one thing I could say is this brand has been amazingly consistent with their show stopping creations! So when I heard Beyonce wore some of their fabulous pieces on her recent show ' “A Night With Beyoncé” on ITV1' I surely was'nt surprised but very proud :)

Sixteen-times Grammy Award winner Beyonce wowed the audience in her first ever TV special “A Night With Beyonce”, which aired on ITV1 last Sunday 4th December. The singer dazzled in two Swarovski encrusted costumes designed by luxury couture house Ralph & Russo.

Ralph & Russo used over 50,000 SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS to create the sensational costumes - a daring nude mesh bodysuit covered in smoke blue Swarovski crystal, and a dramatic red leather flared skirt with bronze metallic cut out corset also embellished with thousands of crystals.

Designers Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo commented on this exclusive collaboration: “Both outfits were designed especially with Swarovski Elements to help create a fun, edgy feel for her show.”

The superstar performed some of her greatest and best known hits as well as tracks from her latest album, "4".

Catching-up with Interior Design Shop Owner Jane Trozzo,,,

With Christmas round the corner I had the privilege of interviewing Jane Trozzo, the fabulous lady behind Janetrozzo.com to find out all about her Fabulous Stylish products ...

1) What inspired you to make the transition from florist to interior design shop owner?

Ever since I was young I have always been passionate about design in any form. I love creating and designing whether that is with flowers or about the house with homes and gardens accessories. Setting up www.janetrozzo.com just seemed like a natural and logical step to take after working as a florist and another way for me to share my love of design with others. I still do floristry even now and janetrozzo.com just gives me another outlet for design. I am glad I took the step!

2) What makes janetrozzo.com unique from other sites?

janetrozzo.com is different because of our ability to source stylish decorative items, that aren't easily found on the high street. I have always liked things that are hard to find and make other people say: Ohhh!?? Where did you get that!? That is the essence of janetrozzo.com and always will be. I love researching home and garden accessories and putting together collections that will really add something distinct to people's homes. I try to stock products that people will fall in love with immediately and hopefully add something special to their homes!

3) What is your best selling product at present?

Currently our best selling product is the Sunflower Mirror and has been for about 3 months. It’s antique gold effect and just looks amazing! It really does have that ‘WOW’ factor and I guess why people keep buying it! It’s large at 34 ½ diameter and made from metal and glass and just looks stunning! A real head turning addition to anyone's home, literally!

4) What can we expect from janetrozzo.com in the near future?

To keep sourcing new and unusual products and to keep designing new ones myself! The Christmas range , and I designed 15 new items. I am already receiving some very encouraging feedback! There is a red ruffle heart, made from felt, a red ruffle Christmas tree, which is very popular and then the rest of the range includes pot pourie, garlands and cinnamon sticks. Designing my own range of products is like creating with flowers, only now also products for the home and garden!

Zed Eye at Britain & Irelands Next Top Model Live!

Today I headed down to the Excel centre to assist Zed Eye’s designer Zi at her fabulously chic stand at Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model Live. Not only was Zed Eye the only African designer showcasing at the exhibition, her clothes were also in demand especially amongst the BNTM contestants who were itching to wear her feather dress and host Vernon Francois who ended up snapping up a pair of her Harem pants to don on the stage during his session.

Vernon Francois on stage :)

There was so much interest generated, it was Unbelievable!! The mailing list requests just kept coming in and we had the stunning Big Brother Maisy James pop by Her and Zi certainly shared some giggles and discussed their love of Vintage shades.
:)

Model Dudley O'Shaughnessy from Rihanna’s video also made an appearance at the show which caused a bit of a stir and had screaming girls cuing like mad!!!

Boots Press Day!

So today I attended the Boots press day with my cousin Kathy who is a professional Make-up Artist.

Yummy snacks upon arrival :)

The event took place at the Future Gallery by Leicester Square and being a beauty junkie, you can imagine my excitement! I guess I have to be grateful that my skin can handle quite a lot considering the amount of different products I am forever trying on my skin!! I guess you have to enjoy the benefits now as I’m not sure how much of it I will be getting away with in years to come :O

I loved the set-up of the main room as it really made me feel at home and off course I love all things ‘girly & fabulous’ so was immediately drawn to the dressing table which featured some of Boot’s fantastic No7 products! Honestly if you have never tried any of the Boots No7 products you are SERIOUSLY missing out!! What was great about the Press day was I got to learn more about the science behind the Boots product formula’s and check my skin type as it has most definitely changed over the years. It used to be very dry and slowly I have discovered how oily it actually is now.

It's all in the Science :)

I got to try the new Boots Primer (out in stores Jan 2012) which felt absolutely Lush on the Skin!

Overall I was all for the day cream and the N07 Lipsticks!! I sure will be stocking up on these in the New Year!!!
