Yolande at Clothes Show London

So on this finnnneeeee, I shall repeat FINEEEEEEEEEEEE day I spent the day at the Clothes Show London at Excel. I really wasn’t expecting to spend as long as I actually did but there was just so much going on that time flew by!!

Upon arrival I immediately spotted British Soul Singer Beverley Knight and co. She honestly looked as young as always! I don’t actually think she can age –lol

So I collected my pass and went to be seated for the Catwalk Show which was co presented by the gorgeous British Super model Erin O'Connor, who was in fact scouted at Clothes Show Live many years ago.

Unfortunately I forgot to set the sound on my Camera so you can’t actually hear any of my videos but thought I’d post it anyway-lol

Below Video: Me announcing the show is about to begin

I was soooo impressed with the works of the make-up students from West Thames College that I had to interview one of them – Have a peep at the video below…

Sorry about the sound problem but just to brief you, the above student took 4 hours to do the make-up and body art of the above model. Her course tutor offered her some assistance and her inspiration came from Mozart. How fascinating is that!! Wow!!

I then went to the Untold Boutique collection section which was featuring some fantastic emerging designers. I caught up with designer ‘Thandie Olivia’ from the ‘A La Mode’ Catwalk show. I also fell in love with both the Maxi dresses from label Chichia (www.chichialondon.com ). As I was about to leave the section Katie Price aka Jordan walked passed to go and do some signings. She had a wad of fans just chasing her everywhere and screaming her name!

At the Fashion Capital boutique I caught up with designers Danielle Morgan and Nana Fosu.

Just as I was about to leave you’d never guess what I spotted…A Steve Madden Stand!! That was it for me the card came it. As some of you may already know from my previous posts I am a huge Steve Madden fan! I mean his shoes are AMAZING…and I mean every season he has something great to offer. Previously you were unable to purchase his amazing shoe range in the UK (only in the US). So I was excited to learn about their new pop-up store opening soon in Covent Garden. I immediately signed up to their mailing list off course and bought myself an AMAZING…and I mean AMAZING pair of Steve Madden Shoes. I won’t reveal them yet as I will be wearing them to the Shoe Spectacular (www.lagenevenorthevents.co.uk/events.html )event next Friday at the Charing Cross Hotel so want to keep it a surprise, but you will LOVE them, believe me.

So what did I get in my Goody bag? …Have a peep below

That was it for me …Gosh I’m so exhausted. My friend is getting married tomorrow so am gonna throw an outfit together and go to bed J
